Due to the nature of the products sold by FAFO Research Group, please review the following policy carefully before completing your purchase.

Nature of Products
All products sold by FAFO Research Group are intended strictly for laboratory research use only and are not for human or veterinary consumption. Due to the sensitive nature of these products, and for safety, quality-control, and regulatory reasons, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except as outlined below.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at [support email] within [48 hours] of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item(s) and original packaging

Upon review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety, integrity, and regulatory compliance reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any product once it has left our facility, except in cases of confirmed damage, defect, or shipping error as outlined above. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products that have left our control and been shipped
  • Products returned without prior authorization from FAFO Research Group

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made before the order has shipped. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled and is subject to the terms of this policy.

Refunds (If Approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original method of payment within [5–10] business days. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address
FAFO Research Group is not responsible for orders that are delayed, returned, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. Reshipment may incur additional shipping costs.
